  Sherri did an amazing job on our wedding cake. Not only was it beautiful but it was delicious as well! The compliments were plentiful from all our guests. We will always be a loyal customer and fan of The Pastry Studio!

  If you want a fantastic wedding cake and/or pastries that exceed your expectations use The Pastry Studio. Sherri and her staff were excellent to work with. They listened to our every request and detail then found a way to make it happen. My husband and I are vegan AND oil-free (oil-free for health reasons.) Sherri and her staff made us the most delicious chocolate wedding cake and tarts! Taste, being of course the most important thing when reviewing cakes, was unbelievable. The cake was moist and not-too-sweet (like so many vegan cakes can be.) The icing was to die for and a bit of raspberry to really send it over the top. Not only that, the design was spectacular. Sherri worked with my florist to have cascading roses down the cake, along with her own ideas of using eucalyptus leafs and figs. Additionally, two gold leaf tears were used.
  
  As I mentioned she also created three vegan/oil-free tarts for use; blueberry lemon, chocolate and apple. We were only sad there weren't leftovers afterwards!
  
  I highly recommend The Pastry Studio. So happy for a vendor to embrace veganism and health to create an incredible cake. Now, I just need to think of excuse to have her make me another cake!
