  Nice clean store and good location in the middle of town. I ordered a sub and even though the line was long, the deli workers were quick.

  No matter what kind of day it is THEY NEVER HAVE SOUP STOCKED! Nor do they have the loaded baked potato soup if they have any at all. What they do have gets taken up and the little left is burn to the bottom pan and not replaced. I have complained to the general manager and still have this problem. I have been very sick this last week and wanted soup from publix and everyday we leave and go to the ormond one because they cant keep soup stocked. Once they had the loaded soup but it was burnt so i asked the girl at the sub line if they had anymore back there and she didnt look just told me no. I asked another women who looked and there was a FULL pot back there already made and it took her 2 seconds to grab it and bring it around for myself and others waiting there for soup. That was the time i complained so im sure he remembers if hes reading this.
  Now yesterday at dinner time no soup. Today just not its about 5:00 NO SOUP! So again im going to the ormond publix thats further away but seems to understand at dinner time on a cold day soup is going to sell. Maybe ill just avoid this publix all together every shopping trip. Why pay $600 for groceries there when they dont have what i want when my money can go to a publix where they care about their customers. I hope they read this and make changes because a family of 6 who spends alot on groceries, are unhappy and you will be losing our business.

  This particular Publix has __the worst__ customer service. I only suffer through it because it's in a convenient spot. Yes, it's a busy store, but that is no reason for bad service.
